Hello girls!

This Wednesday, Aug 5th, Laura Stodmeister is hosting an enrichment activity. This activity will begin at 7:30pm and will be held at Laura's house (address below). Laura is an excellent and very experienced cook and will be sharing a couple of her favorite healthy recipes with us (we actually get to sample them!). She would also like you to bring your favorite healthy recipe so we can swap and come home with many new meal ideas. If you have time, feel free to make many copies of your recipe. If not, no worries, recipe cards will be supplied so your recipe can be copied down.

P.S. Quarterly Enrichment will be held Saturday, Aug 22 from 10:30 to 12:30. We are going to provide some much needed service for an orphanage in Mexico with lunch to follow. Mark it down on your calenders and listen for more details next Sunday.
